Good diet tips

When I got pregnant I obviously was very happy because I really wanted to have a baby. Me and my husband Jeff really waited for this special moment. So when it came everyone was happy. Me too until I came home. Then my depression started. I was fat, I felt awful, I did not have time for myself. My husband really wanted to support me but I felt so weak and ugly. I did not felt attractive at all. I wanted to know how to lose weight quick. I knew this would not happen that quick but I wanted to get some diet tips. Then my best friend came seeing how I felt and how depressed I was. She brought me a book How to lose weight quick with a lot of diet tips I wanted. She also promised me to help me with all these exercises. The book How to lose weight quick was interesting but you need to find time and be motivated enough to use these diet tips. This was something I sometimes lacked. That was why it was so difficult to start. But slowly I could see my progress. I am not hundred percent satisfied how I look now but at least the book on how to lose weight quick helped me begin with the change of my motivation and my new life. That was something I needed. Of course it is very important to be supported by your family.
